I’m a multidisciplinary designer from Montreal, Canada who began my career in graphic design and progressed into UI/UX and product design. My graphic design background allows me to always implement aesthetically appealing and user-friendly visuals into my digital designs. I always keep accessibility in mind for the best user experience. Throughout my career I have collaborated with business professionals, real estate brokers, engineers, and small and large businesses.
I am looking for a job in a mid-sized company where I can collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. My favourite part of any design project is research and testing, which provides an understanding of user experience. I have strong communication skills, having been on the board of various festivals in which I have also demonstrated my organisational skills. I want to work as a product designer to help peoples’ everyday experience in the built environment.
Erfarenhet
Since the start of my career as a designer was in graphic design, I have experience in marketing communications material, and simple animation. I later moved on to UI/UX and those jobs included designing and developing online courses for a university, designing the UI for a database software to centralize information across hospital departments, and designing an app for green businesses. I have also been on various committees for national events and cultural festivals with thousands to tens of thousands guests, as communication director, and with the role of graphic designer. While working full time, I also still run a clothing line that I designed. I have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy working with others.
